The Dewey’s Beautiful Boho Wedding

It’s a nice day for a white wedding.

If you could picture a perfect day, then Saturday 3rd July at the The Meadow Garden would be it. Lanterns hung from ivory plants throughout the marquee, there were boho, vintage themed chairs surrounding a stunning archway with the words “Till death do us part” highlighted in neon, and all of this surrounded by the most truly beautiful fields.

And Pheasant Catering were honoured to be a part of it. We arrived with the team in full force, new uniforms crisp and ready for the challenge. The venue itself was perfect for the BBQ setup. The whole setting was just ideal.

Owner and Head Chef of The Maids Head had control over our brand new and fully equipped BBQ and Grill whilst servings of salads and other tingling taste bud accessories were served.

The team moved in swift movement to serve up our locally sourced Burgers, Chicken Kebabs, Prawn Kebabs, and beautifully grilled aubergines. With our best-selling Potato Salad and one of a kind fire coleslaw. We served up to 150 guests whilst still surrounded by the rolling fields and chit chatter of guests.

Good food good mood.

Mr and Mrs Dewey were truly the perfect couple to start our wonderful journey with. They were fun, vibrant, polite, and welcoming. They were greeted with their platters of food, and we were greeted with empty plates, a truly wonderful feeling after 18 months of nothing but emptiness, this felt amazing.

Mr and Mrs Dewey had originally been let down last minute with their caterers and for us to be given the reigns on such a special day was truly an incredible feeling. We invited the lovely couple in for their taster evening, the sun shining, the drinks flowing, they were the perfect couple to work with.
