As one door closes…the relaunch of The White Pheasant

Friday 21st May we welcomed you all back, swinging the doors open once again to The White Pheasant in Fordham.

We heard the hustle and bustle of returning customers, the flurry and the movement of chairs and the noise of the till as our ears ringed with excitement on the re-opening of the place where it all began.

Calvin, the founder and head chef of Holland Hospitality and The White Pheasant offered us a huge array of beautifully created food choices from the brand new and exciting menu, now offering Breakfast, Lunch, and a well acclaimed Dinner menu.

We also saw the new Deli open which had been crafted by the experts at Ben Reed Building and Carpentry and we saw an exciting new collaboration of new products on the shelves for our customers to take home and enjoy the experience even more even on the sofa. This collaboration even included the beautiful arrangements from Clemmie and Twine, a florist based in the Ely area.

The weekend unraveled into a fast paced but wonderful welcome. Receiving great feedback all round, the support from our customers for the new Breakfast menu was amazing.

Now we are looking to the future, with huge thanks to our new team who are learning the ropes and getting to grips with their new environment, we are excited to see what the future holds for The White Pheasant.
