The White Pheasant are proud to offer a private dining service bringing a unique range of bespoke home and corporate dining services. So when you want to entertain guests and impress clients with fine wines and elegant dining, allow us to bring the quality, professionalism and style of restaurant dining to your own home.
How does it work?
It starts with a personal consultation with Stuart to tailor your occasion to perfection. From sourcing the finest ingredients to designing an exquisite menu, every detail is taken care of. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy...
We do not have a pre fabricated list of dishes or menus, since each menu is created after discussing your personal preferences and type of event that you are organising. Our menus are therefore priced accordingly.

Booking
Please book a minimum of 14 days in advance.
A deposit is usually required to secure a date.
Final numbers need to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event. Any cancellation within those 48 hours will be charged at 100%
Numbers
Min 2 - Max 50
Why? Exceeding that which we are comfortably able to produce will have a negative effect on quality and service, which I am sure you can appreciate.
Prices
Owing to the fact that our menus are prepared specifically for each client, we offer an individually priced set menu for the entire party.
We charge a fixed fee for Chef's time plus a charge for food per head. This includes equipment, a waitress, transportation, service and VAT.
For bookings of more than 8 people an additional chef and waitress are required and will be charged accordingly.
Cooking equipment is provided. (We just need your kitchen).
We can recommend the wines to complement each course (or buy them for you).
Flowers, glassware, crockery & cutlery can be provided at an additional cost.
We also do the washing up and take the rubbish out, so there is no kitchen-hangover the next day
Delivery, Veggies & Allergies
We offer private catering services in Cambridgeshire & Suffolk.
Additional charges will apply for events in other areas of the UK.
We can cater for any specific dietary requirements, given previous notice.
